BSA offers a wide range of academic programs mostly for our students. But also for the interest of professors and study abroad administrators who may think about facilitating an experience abroad for their students.
Faculty Development program (FEL)
This program is specific for faculty and study abroad administrators to facilitate their understanding of the students experiences in Granada with BSA. They will walk in students shoes taking classes in Spanish and receiving lectures on different aspects of the culture and life of Spain and Granada. They will also participate in activities arranged by the program, and they will have the opportunities to live with host families (optional) and navigate the town that students feel as their home during their study abroad experience. Faculty Led Program (FLP)
BSA offers opportunities to professors who could take advantage of the city of Granada and our facilities to travel with their students for a few days / weeks for academic and cultural purposes. We could help with housing arrangements either with host families or in apartments/ bed & breakfast, cultural activities, walks, conferences, and classrooms for meetings with students.
Time length will depend on the group possibilities according to the academic calendar: Spring Break, January Term, Summer options. Despite the fact that the FLP will be based in Granada, optional trips to cities nearby may enhance the students’ experience.
If you request further information about fields of study we propose and other questions related to this option, please, let us know.
BSA has a manual for the professors to facilitate them the advise to students interested in studying with us. This manual explains what to consider before going to Granada, the breakdown of credits for each program of study and the registration process.
